Our coaching success stories
I am Keyana, the owner, CEO, and founder of In My Mind. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing teens grow in confidence and discover their own strengths. I've worked with teens who came into coaching feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with low self-esteem, or having difficulty communicating with their parents. Through consistent coaching, practical coping strategies, and a supportive, judgment-free environment, many have developed healthier ways to manage their emotions, improve their decision-making, and communicate more effectively.
I've also helped teens set and achieve personal and academic goals, build stronger relationships, and develop the confidence to advocate for themselves. Parents often share that they've seen positive changes at home, including improved communication, fewer conflicts, and stronger family connections.
Every teen's journey is unique, but my mission remains the same: to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical tools.

From struggle to strength: The transformational journey
Before coaching, many teens came to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling with low self-esteem and communication issues. They often found it difficult to manage stress, set goals, or express themselves effectively. Through our coaching sessions, these teens develop practical coping strategies, improve their decision-making skills, and build stronger relationships. They gain confidence, learn to advocate for themselves, and achieve personal and academic goals. Parents consistently observe positive changes at home, including improved communication, fewer conflicts, and stronger family bonds, as teens build resilience and create a positive path for their future.
